Clients can always expect a warm and welcoming presence when meeting with Anna. She approaches therapy through both a strengths-based and attachment-focused lens, working with individuals, couples, and families. Anna places great value on building authentic, collaborative, and trusting relationships with her clients, and takes time to understand how their early experiences may shape current relationships and functioning.
Anna is deeply curious about each client’s unique strengths, qualities, and interests. She encourages clients to feel empowered and autonomous in the therapeutic process, ensuring sessions feel both productive and supportive.
Anna has experience working with clients ages 10 to 60 and has a particular passion for supporting those navigating anxiety, trauma and stressor-related disorders, maternal mental health, LGBTQ+ experiences, and complex family dynamics.
Outside of work, Anna shares her space with her dog, Wally, who may occasionally make a cameo during sessions. Originally from the northern Chicago suburbs (with no strong sports affiliations), she enjoys spending time up north, traveling, gardening and cooking as part of her own self-care.
