Adam Fieldson, LPCC
Individual and Couples Therapist specializing in men’s mental health
Adam is an approachable, grounded, and compassionate therapist who believes that meaningful change is always possible, even in difficult circumstances. He views therapy as a collaborative process of uncovering insight, cultivating self-understanding, and moving toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
He provides a nonjudgmental space to explore your whole self-including the parts that feel hard to share. Adam is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and develop the courage to define their own path rather than living by others’ expectations.
Adam works with adults, teens, and couples, with a particular focus on men’s mental health and relational wellbeing. He supports clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, addiction (both behavioral and substance), emotional disconnection, and financial stressors. His approach integrates mindfulness-based practices that encourage presence, compassion, and curiosity toward one’s inner experience.
Drawing from IFS, psychodynamic, and Adlerian frameworks, Adam’s work is grounded in the belief that every part of us has value and purpose. His goal is to help clients create greater balance, clarity, and self-acceptance so they can engage more fully in their relationships and daily lives.
