I’m committed to building a therapeutic relationship that feels genuine, grounded, and supportive of your growth. I believe meaningful change often starts with small, intentional shifts—tiny moves that make everyday life a bit easier and, over time, a lot more fulfilling. No matter your age, stage, or what brings you in, understanding your thoughts, motivations, and patterns can open the door to real transformation.
My work is rooted in a client-centered approach and shaped by humanistic, interpersonal, feminist, social justice, and trauma-informed perspectives. I lead with empathy, acceptance, and respect, and I weave in somatic practices and mindfulness to help you connect more deeply with yourself.
I bring specialized training and experience in trauma work and in supporting folks within the Queer community, especially those exploring or affirming their gender diversity. As a Queer woman, I know how life-changing it is to feel fully seen. I love holding space for people as they discover who they are, build confidence in that truth, and share their brilliance with the world.
I earned my BFA in painting and printmaking and later completed my Master of Social Work (clinical track) at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. My creative roots and clinical training blend together, allowing me to show up as a compassionate, grounded, and effective therapist.
