Scheduling Appointments
The best way to schedule appointments for current clients is through the patient portal. There you can schedule the time that works for you and you will not have to put in any additional information. You can also schedule via our online scheduling app or calling our clinic at 651-217-1480. However, you will have to provide in some of your demographic information again. We will then match the new appointment to your account.
Portal Access
To access your portal you can follow this link. You can also download the Apple App or Android App.
In Person Appointments
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment at your scheduled office. Please complete check in through the link sent via sms and email.
Virtual (Tele-Health) Appointments
You will receive text and email reminders regarding your appointment before and on the same day of your appointment. These reminders will include a link to your video appointment. Please log into this link 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Please complete check in prior to your appointment.
Appointments Changes
The best way to reschedule or cancel an appointment is through the patient portal. Only the Web Version has the functionality to change appointments, you can only make new appointments on the Apps
Prescription Refill Requests
You can request refills from your pharmacy or send us a message on the patient portal.
