Sabrina provides individual therapy to adults using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and mindfulness practices.
Sabrina has experience working with clients navigating a range of concerns, including depression and anxiety, relationship and family concerns, ADHD and neurodivergence, life transitions, body image, sexuality, and stress management. No matter the concern, Sabrina is dedicated to helping clients connect with their core selves and build confidence in their ability to live a full and meaningful life.
