Mental Health Practitioner
Panhia, MS, is a kind, open-minded, and compassionate pre-licensed therapist under supervision. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from St. Cloud State University and brings over a year of experience in outpatient mental health, along with additional experience in Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS).
Panhia believes that every client has a unique story and path. Some journeys may feel within reach, while others may seem long and overwhelming—but with patience and consistency, healing is possible. Her goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.
She takes a person-centered approach and incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Panhia tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
She works with adults ages 18+ and has a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and acculturation-related stress. Panhia believes that healing often begins in the dark—and she is honored to walk beside her clients as they move toward the light.
