Hana is a licensed professional clinical counselor who works collaboratively with clients using a trauma-informed, client-centered, integrative approach. She incorporates a multicultural lens, recognizing the influence of culture, identity, and systemic factors on mental health. She understands that therapy is not one-size-fits-all and tailors her work to each individual, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in creating personalized goals for growth and healing.
Hana strives to foster a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment rooted in empathy, compassion, and humor. She supports clients in exploring how past experiences have shaped their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns, while helping them build practical tools for personal growth, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. Her clinical interests include anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use disorders, relationship and interpersonal challenges, life transitions and adjustments, and identity exploration.
Hana earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University and a graduate certificate in Addiction Studies
