Ally is an experienced nurse practitioner with national board certification in psychiatry and pediatrics. She provides comprehensive psychiatric care for children and adolescents ages 3–20, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, developmental evaluations, and medication management. Her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and mood disorders.
Ally takes a collaborative and holistic approach to care, partnering closely with families to support each child’s unique needs. She incorporates psychoeducation, supportive therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to actively engage both children and their caregivers. She also works in close collaboration with primary care providers, therapists, and schools to promote consistent, well-coordinated support across all settings.
Ally uses a conservative and closely monitored approach to psychotropic medications, prioritizing safety while maximizing therapeutic benefit and minimizing potential side effects.
Her goal is to empower families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to care for their children, advocate effectively, and find joy throughout their child’s developmental journey.
