Margret is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) with years of experience providing trauma-informed care to children of all ages, teens, adults, and families. Margret is especially passionate about working with those who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. She has experience working with multigenerational family systems, LGBTQIA+ identities, and people experiencing addiction.
Margret believes that individuals and families are the experts, and she meets clients where they are by welcoming their lived experiences, cultures, and beliefs. She integrates trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches with family systems theory, attachment theory, narrative theory, and somatic experiencing to build a safe environment where clients can be vulnerable and further explore their emotions, understand patterns, and build resiliency skills.
