Lindsay is a open-minded and approachable therapist who strives to create a safe, comfortable, and empowering space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. She enjoys working with teenagers, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, relationships, transitions, and everything in between.
Lindsay believes that no problem is too big or too small to bring into the therapy space. Whether someone is facing a significant life challenge or simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step, she strives to meet clients where they are and create an environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. She enjoys helping clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward the life and relationships they want.
Her approach is thoughtful, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals. Lindsay’s approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while incorporating humor when appropriate to create a comfortable, authentic, and engaging therapeutic experience. She recognizes that therapy and healing are not one-size-fits-all journeys and works alongside clients to develop practical tools that support greater understanding, healthier relationships, meaningful change, and sustainable growth.
Outside of the therapy space, Lindsay enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, binge-watching reality TV, and playing with her dog, Groot.
