I specialize in working with neurodivergent, Queer, and Trans adults, as well as individuals navigating complex trauma, and personality disorders. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from years of masking, identity suppression, or trying to fit into therapeutic frameworks that simply weren’t built for them. My goal is to break that cycle by offering an affirming, grounded practice where your whole, authentic self is recognized and celebrated.
How I Work
* Queer & Trans Affirming: I provide a culturally humble, liberating space for LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive adults. Whether you are actively exploring your identity, navigating transition, addressing minority stress, or simply seeking a space where your identity is completely understood without explanation, I am here to support you.
* Neurodiversity-Affirming: I move away from “fixing” how your brain operates. Instead, we work together to unmask, honor your processing style, manage sensory or executive needs, and build a life that accommodates your true neurotype.
* Trauma-Informed & Somatic: Complex trauma often lives in the nervous system. We slow down, rebuild internal safety, and address long-standing survival patterns at a pace that respects your boundaries.
* Relational & Non-Pathologizing: Living with a personality disorder or intense emotional dysregulation can feel isolating. I offer a steady, collaborative space focused on radical acceptance, emotion regulation, and navigating deep relational patterns without judgment.
What You Can Expect
Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and grounded in mutual trust. There are no rigid expectations to perform or present a certain way. Whether you are exploring adult neurodivergence, stepping into your authentic gender or sexuality, healing from chronic relational trauma, or seeking stable ground amidst intense emotions, we will tailor our work to support your unique goals.
