We all are impacted by our experiences and environment. When something stressful or
traumatic happens, it can influence how you see the world and feel about yourself. The good news is the human nervous system has an amazing capacity to heal and adapt. Together we can work on finding what you need to access healing and change.
I specialize in early childhood (ages 0-5), utilizing Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to help young children make meaning of stress and trauma through play. CPP focuses on the parent-child relationship as a vehicle for change. If you’re a caregiver seeking support for your little one, you will be involved in every session, and your expertise on your child will be pivotal to heir growth in the therapy room.
I also enjoy providing individual therapy for adolescents and adults, utilizing an eclectic
approach tailored to each person’s needs, drawing from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment theory, and somatic approaches.
I have experience working with trauma, neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ identities, depression,
anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I believe relationships are essential to healing and change. For kids and adolescents, this means I invite collaboration and engagement from caregivers, offering family sessions and parent coaching. I value humor, creativity, and open communication in our work together.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy hiking, camping, gardening, crafting, and trying new things.
I am so excited to learn about you and support you on your journey!
