I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor working with individuals ages 12 and up, couples, and families.
My role with you is multifaceted — I can be a coach, a teacher, an advocate, or a guide as we work together to understand the deeper patterns that shape how you think, feel, behave and connect. The foundation of our work is a relationship built on transparency, honesty, trust, and genuineness.
I value being real with you — not wasting your time and not just telling you what you want to hear. Sometimes being honest with ourselves is uncomfortable, but that discomfort is often exactly where growth happens. I’m here to help guide you through that, not around it.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My goal is to meet you where you’re at right now, help you better understand yourself, and work together to find the methods that fit you. That might include cognitive-based approaches like CBT, deeper exploration of your values and beliefs, mindfulness and somatic work, or psychoeducation. We’ll find what complements your strengths and actually works.
I work with couples looking to improve communication and deepen their connection, families navigating conflict, parenting struggles or divorce, and individuals facing a wide range of concerns — anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, personality disorders, addiction, relationship struggles, self-esteem, spiritual questions, or simply wanting practical tools to improve day-to-day well-being.
