I believe every person is inherently unique and valuable, and I enjoy learning what makes each person who they are. My background is in social work, which informs how I understand mental health: our well-being can be shaped by many factors, including our upbringing, physical health, relationships, culture, and the systems and society around us.
I have experience working with older adults and their caregivers, immigrants and refugees, people in recovery from substance use, people living with chronic illness, and those experiencing grief and loss. I welcome individuals from all walks of life, whether they’re seeking practical tools to support their mental health, a space to work through everyday challenges, or an opportunity to explore their past. Whether you’re new to therapy or have been in it before, I aim to meet you where you are. I value authenticity, empathy, warmth, and humor in my work.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and cats; running, reading, going to concerts, and being outdoors.
