I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with neurodivergent adults and adolescents, particularly people with ADHD and autism. I often work with clients who were diagnosed or began recognizing their neurodivergence later in life and are trying to make sense of years of feeling different, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or as though they have had to work harder than everyone else just to keep up.
Therapy may include exploring masking, burnout, sensory and emotional overwhelm, executive functioning difficulties, relationships, identity, and self-esteem. We work toward understanding how your brain works so you can build a life that feels more sustainable and authentic.
I also specialize in trauma and relationship concerns. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Many of the people I work with have experienced confusing, painful, or destabilizing relationships and want to understand how those experiences continue to shape their emotions, behaviors, and boundaries.
With more than 16 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve learned that meaningful change begins with understanding the whole person. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing now while exploring the relationships, experiences, and patterns that have shaped you.
