Your First Appointment

During your first visit, your provider will take time to listen, ask questions, and complete a thorough assessment. This is also an opportunity for you to meet your provider and make sure the fit feels right.

Ongoing, Individualized Care

Based on your evaluation, your provider will recommend a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication, or a combination of approaches. Care is adjusted over time based on your response and changing needs.
